The Speaker of the House of Representatives Hon. Abdirisak Khalif Ahmed, held meetings with the government delegation and the 33 member delegates for the Lasanod issues.
Hon. Abdirisak, in his meeting with the delegation of the Cabinet of Ministers led by the Minister of Internal Affairs discussed the situation in the city of Lasanod.
The efforts of the Representation chairman in connection with the mediation of the conflict show how the government system in Somaliland works with laws and social norms.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Defense Hon. Abdiqani Mohamud Aateeye (Farid), Minister of Transport and Road Development Hon. Abdirisaq Ibrahim Farah, Minister of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Development Hon. Saeed Sulub Mohamed, Minister of Justice Hon. Suleiman Warsame Guled and Governor of Sool Mr. Abdikarim Adan Haji Diriye.
