Teachers association of Somaliland has held its first meeting in a Hargeisa hotel.
The highly anticipated meeting was graced by the director of labour in the ministry of labour and social services Mr.Muktar Yusuf Mohammed, director of ICT at the labour ministry Mr. Mohamed Jama Yusuf .
Somaliland Teachers Association (Solta) leaders who spoke at meeting stated their agenda for uplifting and development of Somaliland teachers welfare and education.
Dawan deputy chairman Mr. Suleiman Abdi Ali Kalshale was also in attendance.
Other important personalities include the executive chairman of Somaliland HIV/ Aids organisation (SOLNAC) Mr. Mohamed Haji Yassin and SONSAF chairman Mr. Anwar Abdirahman.
