Hargaysa(Dawan) Xildhibaan Sheekh Axmed Dayib(Ku Caddeeye) ayaa ka hadlay sababta doodda xeerka ciidanka qaranka loogu ogolaan waayay saxaafada inay ka soo waramaan,kaasi oo hor yaalla mudaneyaasha golaha wakiillada.

 

Waxaanu  sheegay in arrimaha ciidanka marka laga hadlayo ay jiraan qodob u baahan in aan cidna lala wadaagin, taasi oo ah sirta ciidanka qaranka.

Sidoo kale Xildhibaanka ayaa sheegay in ka gole ahaan ay jiraan fadhiyo aan loo ogolayn inay ka qayb qaataan saxaafada iyo cid kale toona, kaasi oo gaar u noqonaya xildhibaanada iyo shir-guddoonka si wax ay isaga waydiiyaan arrimaha muhiimka ah ee markaasi hor yaalla

Waxaanu yidhi “Arrimaha Ciidanka waxa jira arrimo badan oo qaranimada taabanahay in aad idinka laftiinu wax badan faham taan baa la idiinka baahan yahay, arrimaha ciidanka marka laga hadlayo, waxyaaba badan baa u baahan in si gaar ah looga hadlo looga doodo, doodaha qaarkood, waana shaqada golaha ayay ka mid tahay in aan kulano mid warbaahinta u furan iyo mid aan warbaahinta u furnayn labadaba waanu yeelan karnaa, markaa waa lagu jiraa hawlaha oo dhan kheyr bay noqonaysaa’’
