G2S Group company has been granted an exclusive contract valued at approximately 3 million USD . To provide security services in the submarine sea-cable compound of Somcable located in Berbera, Somaliland.
It has become evident that this contract was granted by Somcable and Meta (Facebook) without fair competition practises considered, and G2S was the only company competing for a contract given by Somcable and Meta (Facebook).G2S Group has recently come into the spotlight after it was believed to have forged forged ministry documents that it used to help secure large private and government contracts.
However using its Political connections , it has managed to avoid prosecution and evaded paying GST government taxes it is believed to have paid bribes for these favours.
G2S group is a company registered in Somaliland and Somalia whose registered owner is Mr Kadar Abdi Dahir. Abdinasir Abdillaahi Ali is his birth name and as he is locally known. 
The corruption scandal was found after some investigation was done and close sources shared information. It has emerged evidence have been fabricated and false accusations have been made towards others who were hiding the facts and covering for G2S unlawful practices some of which are employees of Somcable Company of Somaliland, those individuals have been doing the work G2S have been contracted for and reporting false information and reports have been made on its behalf. It has been informed that G2S became paranoid after a lot of audit questions, which they later then used money and influence to send those employees and people to jail.
We are also left to wonder if Somcable is also conspiring in this huge cover up that is currently taking place.
The actions being witnessed tarnish the reputation of a prospering nation of Somaliland and shall possibly inflect doubts upon other international companies who are ready to invest in Somaliland.
