The current ongoing works to upgrade the infrastructure of the Municipality of Hargeisa has been made possible by the new policies and style of leadership adopted by Mayor Cllr. Abdikarim Ahmed Mooge and his team.
The year-long changes at the Municipality of Hargeisa have initiated many changes under the leadership of the Mayor seeing tangible progress.
The staffers at the Town Hall are the same but it is the leadership style that has made the difference such that tangible development has been realized.
The Mayor with the support of the Deputy Mayor and the executive secretary, both of whom are known for their hard work and diligence not to mention councilor Yassin Omer the Head of Social Affairs department which oversees the health and transport departments respectively Hargeisa Municipality.
Cllr. Omar is also a role model worth emulating.
