Saahil regional court chairman, Said has talked about six people arrested on suspicion that they pose threat to the security and the court has remanded them for ten days. He spoke about that regional security committee has not sentenced them.
The chairman has insisted that if evidences are not brought before the ten days then the court will release them.
He refuted that there is regional security commitee that have sentenced the si people to long term imprisonment.
Tensions in Berbera are high following the gov’t leased Berbera Oil Terminal in which the public opinion is so strongly against the gov’t move.
