The chairman of Somaliland’s House of Elders Suliaman Mohamoud Adam has appointed Abdikadir Mohamed Hassan better known as “Indho indho” as the new spokesman for the House of Elders.
In press statement released by Chairman Suliman Nour on Sunday June 7, stated that Abdikadir Mohamed Hassan, the chairman of Social affairs department in the House of Elders was appointed as the spokesman for the House of Elders.
Abdikadir Indho Indho who is a longtime member of Somaliland’s upper House of Parliament will serve as the first spokesman and the official mouthpiece of the House of Elders since Somaliland seceded from the rest of Somalia in 1991.
