The Somaliland Chambers of Commerce and Industry (SLCCI) has refuted claims by the Somalia Chambers of Commerce and Industry that they recently signed agreement in Hargeisa. The Secretary General of (SLCCI) Mr.Ibrahim Ismael Elmi in a written statement to newsrooms stated that there was no agreement between the two states, adding that it was just another cheap stunt publicity by the Somalia regime.
“I have an information on unfounded claims that the Somalia regime Chambers of Commerce and Industry held an agreement with us in Hargeisa that is pure malice we have never even met these people maligning our reputation.” Said the visibly perplexed Ibrahim.
