The Ministry of Interior has for the first time spoke of the reasons behind the arrest of deputy head of Somaliland Immigration Brigadier General Mohamed Suleiman Hasan who is under police detention.
Assistant Minister of interior Mr. Ahmed Farah Addare has told that he was arrested after refusing to obey orders from the minister of interior.
He was arrested and will be disciplined in the manner that the ministry of interior deals with such cases.
Mr. Addare speaking on the detained traditional leaders that he vowed to bring them before the court after the Eid-Al-Adha occasion.
