President of the Republic of Somaliland His Excellency Ahmed M. M. Silanyo has today appointed new deputy minister for national planning after the former official has resigned.
Mr. Abdi Yusuf Ismael “Abdi Wadad” is to replace the former deputy minister Mr. Abdikarim Ahmed Moge.
This was revealed in a press statement issued from the presidential residence of president Ahmed M. Silanyo.
The presidential decree # JSL/M/XERM/249-3515/082018 was issued by personal secretary to SL’s presidential spokesman.
