Aide Memoire signed between the Republic of Somaliland & the African Development Bank

The main objective of the mission was to assess the development situation on the ground in Somaliland, exchange views with the Government, particularly in the areas of water and sanitation infrastructure. The mission held meetings with the President of Somaliland, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Finance, Planning and Development, Water Resources, Environment, Livestock, and Senior Officials of Government Agencies, Private Sector and Development Partners.
