His Excellency, Somaliland’s Head of State, Ahmed Mohamed Mohamud Silanyo met with a delegation from Jordan headed by the secretary general of the Association of Arab Universities, Prof. Dr. Sultan Abu Orabi Al Udwan.
The meeting was held at the presidential residence in Hargeisa.After the talks with Somaliland president, Somaliland’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Dr. Sa’ad Ali Shire, spoke with the media once the meeting was barred from the media.

Dr. Sa’ad Ali Shire said that mission of the delegation was to launch a project in Somaliland which aims to assess the quality of Somaliland Higher Education Institutions.
