H.E Vice President Abdurrahman Abdallahi Ismael Salici, the Acting President of the Republic of Somaliland has sent a message of condolence to the family, relatives, and friends and traditional elders and fellow Somalilanders at large on death of the late Ibrahim Mohamed Egal Haji Ibrahim who passed away on the 07/10/2016 in Hargeisa.
