Wuxuuse geesta kale xoojinayaa dib u heshiisiinteeda, ammaanka iyo dawladnimada.” ayuu yidhi Buubaa, waxaanu isagoo sharaxaya Somali Republic iyo Republic of Somaliya uu yidhi “Faraqa u dhexeeya “Somali Republic iyo Republic of Somalia, waxa weeye Somali Republic waxa ku jirtay taariikh ahaan Somaliland, laakiin Republic of Somaliya weligeed kumay jirin.”

Ismaaciil Buubaa, wuxuu sheegayaa in xuduntii Somaliland iyo Somaliya ay kala go’day, waxaanu yidhi  “Jamhuriyadda federaalka Somaliya oo ka dhalatay burburkii Jamhuuriyadii Somaliyed waxay xudunta u kala jartay Somaliland iyo Somaliya.”
