Washington– Former SL minister for finance Hon. Abdiasis Mohamed Samale arrived in Washington Dulles International Airport yesterday. Mr. Samale was greeted by SL representative to U.S. Mr. Rashid Garuf.
Ms. Samale is due to attend Kulmiye ruling party conference that is expected to happen in Washington on May the 7th.
The ex-SL minister is scheduled to attend a meeting which is organized to mark the 25th independence anniversary of Somaliland.
The annual commemoration is due to attend by SL government officials, national political parties, NEC members and scholars from the U.S.
Mr. Samaale has expressed thanks for the warm reception and said that he will exchange information with Somaliland community during the meetings.
