Somaliland:President Silanyo Sends Congratulatory Cable to President Ismail Omar Guelleh

President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Silanyo, has sent a congratulatory cable to the people and the government of Djibouti for the peaceful elections which were held in that country on Friday, at the same time extends special congratulations to the President Ismail Omar Guelleh who was re-elected to office for the fourth executive term.

President in his congratulatory message stated, “On behalf of myself, the government and the people of Somaliland, I would like, congratulate you for the peaceful elections held in your country on Friday (08/04/2016), and I, would like to extend my special congratulations to the people of Djibouti for electing your leader.

President Silanyo further stated, “Honorable President, Djibouti has prospered under your leadership, I am confident, you shall maintain the sound momentum of growth. I believe that the existing good cordial relationship between our two brotherly nations will continue to be productive and stronger.

Once more, I wholeheartedly extend my congratulation to the government and people of Djibouti for the historic victory and holding of the historic elections.

I, wish you(Honorable President of Djibouti)government and the people of Djibouti, our Brethren to continue strive in prosperity, Peace and progress.
