Egypt Health Minister, Ahmed Rady received on Monday, 28/03/16 Somaliland minister of health, Suleiman Ahmed Isse who is on working visit to Cairo.
An officer from Somaliland’s ministry of foreign affairs is with the health minister’s visit to Egypt.
The two health ministers discussed on issues relating to the bilateral ties between Egypt and Somaliland.
The two ministers have signed MOU on Egypt offering scholarship to health graduates from Somaliland’s local universities. Egypt pledged to send doctors to Somaliland and health professionals.
Egypt also has promised to send medical supplies to Somaliland hospitals as gesture of good will.
