President of Somaliland HE Ahmed Mohamed Silanyo has held talks with Special Representative of the Secretary General to Somalia/Somaliland, Michael Keating on Monday at the country’s presidential compound.
Mr. Michael Keating of the United Kingdom as his new Special Representative for Somalia and Head of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM).
The minister for foreign affairs, presidency minister and the vice president were with the president during the talks with Michael Keating.
Mr. Keating said that he is delighted to visit Somaliland added that he held discussions with president Silanyo on UN projects in Somaliland.
