The foreign minister Hon. Sa’ad Ali Shire travels to the UK and arrived in London on Friday.
The foreign minister said that he will be in London for a week. The FM is due to hold talks with Foreign and Commonwealth officials and DFID.
The FM has added that he will meet with Somaliland diaspora community in the UK during his stay.
Members of Somaliland community and Somaliland representative officials to the UK greeted the foreign minister upon arrival in London.
The UK supports Somaliland on development projects through DFID. Somaliland benefits projects aimed at combating terrorism and piracy in the hostile Horn of Africa region.
