The Minister of Interior of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E Ali Mohamed (Warancade) and his counterpart in the Federal of Ethiopia the Minister of Interior of Ethiopia H.E Shiferaw Teklemariam and senior police officers met recently in Addis Ababba.
The Ministers discussed how to improve police training in the Republic of Somaliland. The Ethiopian government would give full support to the police of Somaliland in terms of materials and violence prevention.
The two leaders also discussed how to strengthen the cooperation on security issues between the two countries. There will be a large conference held in Ethiopia regarding cross border relations, security and migration of Somaliland and Ethiopia.
