H.E President Ahmed Mohammed Mahmoud silanyo has today issued a Presidential decree # JSL/M/XERM/249-3383/062015 appointing two new Somaliland Ambassadors to the people’s republic of China and the United Arab Emirates.
President Silanyo has in accordance with powers bestowed to him by the constitution (Article 90)section 3 and the important role the Ambassadors play the in elevating the interests of the nation.
President Silanyo appoints
- Hon Abdi Mahmoud Saleban Essa AKA Mingiiste to be the new Somaliland Ambassador to the people’s republic of China.
- Hon Baashe Awil Omer to be the new Somaliland Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates
