During the 24th session of the 83rd session of the Somaliland House of Elders which was chaired by the Chairman of the house Mr. Suleiman Mohamud Aden, the council approved by a majority vote the two laws which are the amendments and supplements to the General Law of National Elections and the registration of Law No. 91 /2023 and the law amending and supplementing the law on the System of Organizations and Political parties Law No. 14/2023
