Hargeisa – The Former Deputy-Minister of the Ministery of Finance Mr. Muse Ibrahim Yusuf (Salaf) handed over power to the New Deputy-Minister whom recently appointed by the president to the Ministry of Finance Mss. Roda Jama Elmi.
The handover ceremony took place at the headquarter of the Ministry of Finance and was attended by the Minister of Commerce Mr. Mohamud Hassan Sa’ad (Sergeant), Chairman of the Good Governance Agency Eng. Abdirahman H. Duale, Director General of the Ministry of Finance Development Mr. Mohamed Abdi Gurhan, Directors of the Departments of the Ministry of Finance and other dignitaries.
Minister of Finance H. Saad Ali Shire, who honored the former Deputy Minister with an appreciation certificate, described him as a very valuable person, saying that he will be remembered for his good manners, and hard work.
