The PFM reform Coordination Unit has organized a two-day validation workshop on Regulations for Public Procurement and Standard Bidding Documents, on February 20 – 21, 202.
The workshop aims to improve public procurement understanding for procurement practitioners, enhance their skills in setting clear expectations, and objectively measuring individual performance using objectives and competencies as key measures, and to Introduce participants to the rules governing public procurement operations, choices of procurement methods, procurement process flow, contract management and complaints handling proceedings, as well as introducing contents and categories of Standard Bidding Document, to support government and public services operations, in accordance with principles and procedures established in the public procurement law and regulations.
