PRESIDENT RECIEVES TAIWANESE AMBASSADOR AT THE PRESIDENCY

THT-The President H.E. Musa Bihi Abdi received Taiwanese Ambassador to the country H.E. Allen C. Lou who paid him a courtesy call yesterday at the Presidency.

A press release from the presidency signed by the presidential spokesman Mohmoud Warsame Jama noted that the duo focused on further ways and means of bolstering the Somaliland-Taiwan bilateral relations.

Also to be stepped were agreement last reached on the relations such as developmental issues in various sectors such as education and health.

On the health matters, similarly, ways and means of aiding the country in combating Covid-19 pandemic sweeping across the world was specifically discussed.

The meeting ended in high note of understanding. Several Taiwanese embassy officials accompanied their envoy.
