THT-A three-day workshop on corruption and fraud investigations was held for members of the judiciary.
The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Finance, in particular the coordination department of the Financial Management Reform Program in collaboration with the Office of the Auditor General. The three-day workshop was attended by 18 members of the judiciary, including the Office of the Attorney General, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and magistrates from the country’s courts.
The purpose of the workshop was to discuss how the Office of the Auditor General and the judiciary can work together to investigate corruption and mismanagement.
The Financial Management Reform Program is designed to enhance the government’s capacity for administrative and financial management, to achieve the objectives of the 2nd National Development Plan and Vision 2030.
