Somalia: Qarax Xoogan Oo lagu Weeraray Masuuliyiin Degmada Qansaxdheere

Qarax xoogan oo sababay dhaawaca ilaa toddobo qof  oo ay ku jiraan masuuliyiin ayaa ka dhacay maanta magaalada Qansaxdheere ee Gobolka Bay ee maamulka Koofur Galbeed ee Somaliya.

Guddoomiyaha Degmada Qansaxdheere Isaaq Cabdi Maxamuud ayaa sheegay in bartilimaameedka qaruxu uu ahaa qaar ka mid ah masuuliyiinta degmadda iyo ilaaladooda oo xiliggaasi ku sugnaa maqaayad lagu cunteeyo oo ku taala bartamaha magaaladda.

“baqanimadii maanta ayuu dhacay qaraxu, khasaare badan oo dhaawac ah ayuu gaystay, laakiin ilaa hadda qof u geeriyooday qaraxaasi ma jiro, waxaa ku dhaawacmay 7 qof oo labo ka mid ah ay yihiin guddoomiye k/xigeenadda degmadda” ayuu yiri guddoomiyuhu.
