The Berbera Port authority has donated a vehicle to their counter parts in Zeyla as a part of continuous efforts in the ongoing upgrading tasks of the port.
Mr. Abokor Omar Jama who led a delegation to the ancient habour expressed his satisfaction at the rate of the speed and nature of the works going on in resuscitating the port.
“I’m happy that much more has been done than otherwise expected given the short period,” said Mr. Jama.
“Given the rate of the working speed and the time frame given, Zeyla port projects implementations have achieved a lot”. Offices now built and associated works ongoing have been financed by Berbera port.
He announced, “It is with this enthusiasm of boosting Zeyla port that we have brought with us a brand new vehicle to ease their chores”.
The toured the port and at the same time evaluated and monitored the projects.
