Banadir regional court ordered Abdi Maalik Yusuf the owner of Radio Shabelle in Mogadishu to pay a fine about $10,000 after The judges accused the radio station for airing forged news which are threat to the stability in August 2014.
Director of Radio Sky FM Mohamoud Arab was fined to pay $2000.
Editor of Shabelle Radio Ahmed Abdi Hassan was fined to pay $500.
Another journalist who works with Radio Risala also to pay $500 after being found propaganda about Ebola disease in Somalia.
Also Banadir Regional court has delayed the hearing of the fifth journalist who worked for Radio Shabelle is expected to appear before court within the month’s course.
